Sebastian Green is joining Primis CX as CTO. His CV includes stints at Club L London, Fox Group International, CurentBody, and Chef Works.

The idea for Primis was first considered in 2020 when Griffith stepped into the post-purchase customer experience world and saw gaps in the solutions being offered.
Last year, it secured a £2 million funding round led by Fuel Ventures.
